About Us
Welcome to IslandWalk at the West Villages, an 1100-acre access-controlled, lakefront community of luxury single-family, villa, and quad homes surrounded by lakes and preserves. IslandWalk has many outdoor activities, diverse amenities, and modern conveniences. Nearby gulf beaches are warm and clear, great for swimming, boating, and fishing.
Residents who enjoy the outdoors at IslandWalk will find friendly competition on the pickleball courts, enjoy lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, or get together for some bocce ball. With three amenity buildings we have much to offer! A heated lagoon pool will offer relaxation periods and our heated outdoor lap pool will serve as a great way to stay fit by swimming laps or participating in a water aerobics class.
