Association Management

Summary of Duties:
Oversees the overall management and operation of the Association in coordination with the Board of Directors, including financial administration and budgeting, Association operations, maintenance and capital projects, vendor and contract management, covenant enforcement, emergency preparedness, statutory compliance, Association records, and supervision of on-site staff. Serves as a primary liaison among the Board of Directors, residents, legal counsel, vendors, and Castle Management.

Summary of Duties:
Assists with the day-to-day management and administration of the Association, including community and facility inspections, covenant and rules enforcement, Association records and website administration, assessment and collection matters, architectural requests, vendor coordination, invoices, projects, meeting administration, resident communications, and responses to homeowner and Board inquiries. Supports the General Manager and Board of Directors in carrying out Association operations and Board-approved policies.
